  Friendly and efficient staff. Very comfortable and clean room with great view. Efficient room service...food actually hot when it arrived. The hotel operator actually answers the phone, quickly, friendly and helpfully. Great location in center of downtown Vancouver. Fast check-in and check-out. Helpful bell staff who went out of their way to give directions and warned of long waiting times at various border crossings offering a time saving suggestion and then sent me off with best wishes and a cold bottle of water. A first rate hotel experience!

  Hotel's location was great.

  Having two lobbies was confusing esp when the fact that there were two was not clear. I had someone who was to meet me in the lobby at a certain time and they were in the opposite tower.

  The hotel was located centrally in Vancouver and made it easy to get to shopping and restaurants within the city.

  The room was narrow and cramped. Given the price of the room I did not think it would attract a young, late night drinking crowd, but at 2:30 am, 3:00 am and 3:30 am, a loud argument, door crashing, shouting, drunken group of young adults invaided our floor and continued to party. It made the stay at the Sheraton Wall Center rather unpleasant.

  The hotel staff was excellent, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

  The a/c was not working and neither did the remote for the tv. Small things but they should be checked on a regular basis.

  Beaultiful hotel in a good location. Vacouver is just an amazing city and this hotel is all part of the experience.

  Everything was great, however parking is expensive, especially with taxes-- $30 per day but with taxes and fees over $40

  My husband and I travel a lot, every 3 months. We stayed in many hotels. This Sheraton hotel is pricey given the standard of facilities offered. The buffet breakfast is very pricey as well for the food variety offered. The staff at cafe one is not really up to standard, for example, we told a waiter that our table is not stable and will tilt from one side to the other. We suggested we'll move to another table but he refused and said he needs to fix it any way for another guests' use. He tried to fix it by putting a napkin down one leg of table, but it won't work. We was kept sitting at the table watching him moving our table away and moving another table to us. It was an odd experience. End up, new table fine but he left the napkin which was used to be put under one of the earlier table's leg at the window side just next to us. Forcing your guests to watch you fixing the table is really unnecessary in my standarpoint and it won't give him any credit for fixing it up anyway. About the room, we're being put in the south tower, we're living on the 32nd floor, the view is very nice but the way leading to the room is very worn out. Even though the staff said the room was renovated, it didn't look as if so. The carpet was dirty with marks and the hair-dryer was very dusty. I haven't thought that Sheraton brand hotels can give such quality room and be charged at that price for the facilities offered.
